Kabokweni Junction is a SPAR-anchored convenience shopping centre strategically positioned on the primary gateway into Kabokweni, serving a catchment of more than 19,000 households. Developed in partnership with the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency (MEGA), the project will introduce a modern convenience retail destination designed to capture strong commuter traffic while supporting the continued growth of one of Mpumalanga's largest township economies.

Umlazi Park (iThala)
Umlazi, eThekwini, KwaZulu-Natal | 8,938m²
Umlazi Park is a Shoprite-anchored convenience shopping centre located within one of South Africa's largest township communities. Positioned adjacent to major public transport routes and government services, the centre will serve more than 107,000 households. Developed in partnership with Ithala, the project will restore a key retail destination following the destruction of the previous shopping centre during the 2021 unrest.

Ratlou Park is a major convenience shopping centre positioned at the civic heart of Thaba Nchu, adjacent to key government services and the CBD. Developed in partnership with the Free State Development Corporation (FDC), the centre will serve almost 25,000 households while creating an integrated retail and public services destination for the wider region.

Inchanga Park

Inchanga Park is a Shoprite-anchored convenience shopping centre strategically located on the R103 between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. Designed to serve more than 26,000 households and substantial daily commuter traffic, the development will establish a modern retail hub for the Valley of a Thousand Hills while providing future expansion opportunities as the surrounding community grows.

Siyabuswa Junction

Siyabuswa Junction is the refurbishment and repositioning of an established convenience shopping centre to be anchored by OK Foods and Build It. Serving over 27,000 households, the project will revitalise an important retail destination through an enhanced tenant mix and modern customer experience. The development is being undertaken in partnership with MEGA, creating long-term value for both shoppers and investors.

Kwamashu, Thembalihle Station
KwaMashu, KwaZulu-Natal | 6,100m²
Thembalihle Junction is a convenience shopping centre strategically positioned adjacent to Thembalihle Station on one of the primary transport corridors serving KwaMashu. The development will provide convenient daily shopping for more than 11,700 households while benefiting from significant commuter traffic. The project forms part of the regeneration of this important transport precinct in partnership with local stakeholders. The development is being undertaken in partnership with Intersite and eThekwini.







Vosloorus Park

Vosloorus Park is a convenience shopping centre strategically positioned near Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital in Ekurhuleni. Serving a catchment of almost 70,000 households, the project forms the retail component of a substantial mixed-use development including affordable housing and complementary community facilities, creating a sustainable new urban node in one of Gauteng's fastest-growing residential areas. The partnership is being undertaken in partnership with the landowners.

Mbonane Park, Dennilton
Dennilton, Limpopo | 6,484m²
Mbonane Park is a convenience shopping centre located adjacent to Philadelphia Hospital and the Dennilton Police Station. Serving almost 20,000 households, the development is strategically positioned to become the area's primary convenience retail destination. The project combines strong retail fundamentals with excellent accessibility and has been planned to support the long-term growth of the surrounding communities. The development is being undertake in partnership with the Mbonane family.

Lillydale Park

Lillydale Park is a convenience shopping centre serving a growing rural catchment of more than 10,000 households in Bushbuckridge, in close proximity to Kruger Gate. Located within an underserved retail market, the development will provide residents with improved access to national retailers and essential services. The project is being undertaken in partnership with Ndzongo Property Investments and forms the catalyst for future community investment.

Ekangala Park
Ekangala, Gauteng | 9,400m²
Ekangala Park is a major convenience shopping centre serving more than 30,000 households in one of Gauteng's largest underserved retail catchments. Strategically located on the primary route linking Pretoria, Bronkhorstspruit and KwaMhlanga, the development is planned as the retail anchor of a broader mixed-use precinct. The project is being undertaken in partnership with Watu Wa Afrika and MEGA.







Morena Montoeli Mota Centre, Tseseng
Tseseng, Free State | 4,500m²
The Morena Montoeli Mota Centre is a convenience shopping centre positioned at the gateway to the Witsieshoek community near Phuthaditjhaba. The project will introduce modern convenience retail to an underserved catchment of almost 10,000 households while supporting tourism into the northern Drakensberg. Developed in partnership with the Batlokoa Ba Mota community, the centre will create long-term economic opportunities for the region.

Tekwane Park
Mbombela, Mpumalanga | 8,000m²
Tekwane Park is a convenience shopping centre positioned within a rapidly growing catchment east of Mbombela. Serving almost 50,000 households, the development forms the first phase of a broader mixed-use precinct that will ultimately include residential, healthcare, education and commercial facilities. Developed in partnership with MEGA, the project is planned as a long-term community growth catalyst.
